DATA Analyst

The job: As our DATA Analyst, you'll be instrumental in managing the entire data lifecycle, from acquisition and integration to insightful reporting for internal and external retailers. You'll take charge of shaping the vision for our data environment and driving the development roadmap to optimize data utilization.
Responsibilities :
- Users Onboarding: Lead data integration with different teams/department, ensuring accuracy and completeness, while providing effective project management, education, and support.
- Monitoring and Support: Investigate and resolve data process failures, maintain logs, and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
- System Improvement: Identify development opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with IT for accurate business outcomes, including testing and training.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data for trends, behaviors, and risk management. Liaise with users to understand information needs and deliver value adding reporting.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of data warehousing principles and practices.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, business process design, and technical documentation interpretation.
