IT Support Engineer

The job: As our Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of making critical IT decisions to find innovative solutions for users, playing a pivotal role in Decathlon projects to uphold and deliver our established standards. Your expertise will not only ensure seamless operations but also contribute significantly to enhancing the Decathlon experience for our valued customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility 1: Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for Decathlete demand, providing support to users and customers to enhance their Decathlon experience.
- Manage Decathlon's IT infrastructure knowledgeably, fostering relationships with external support teams and supplier partners.
- Address day-to-day L1 and L2 issues and contribute to on-site IT projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting digital products and their structures.
Responsibility 2: Infrastructure
- Maintain live environments at optimal levels and prioritize Decathlon's security in all operations.
- Uphold Decathlon Infra standards and security policies with a "security-first" mindset.
- Document workflows and processes and ensure timely repairs, replacements, and software updates.
- Collaborate with worldwide infra teams and integrate within different sectors as needed.
Skills and Qualifications :
- At least three (3) years of experience in General IT Communications.
- Network Engineering operations and Integration experience.
- Experience with Security gateway operations.
- Experience with Juniper/Cisco routing and Security gateway technologies.
- Sound knowledge of TCP/IP and service provider networks. Strong understanding of Network and Security architecture is desired.
Vendor Experience :
- Cisco: Routing and Switching
- Juniper: Routing Fortinet: Firewall ,
- FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer
